She leads advisory engagements regarding synthetic and true sale securitisation transactions across various asset classes. Her expertise includes transaction structuring, significant risk transfer assessment, capital optimisation, balance sheet management, the application of European securitisation and prudential regulatory requirements as well as accounting treatment of securitisations according to German GAAP and IFRS.
In addition, she advises clients on sustainability reporting, including CSRD, ESRS, SFDR, EU Taxonomy and ESG related regulatory reporting and transparency requirements. She also leads assurance engagements covering sustainability reports, non-financial statements and reportings for green and social bond issuances.
