Data integrity is a crucial factor in securitisation and other structured finance transactions. Expertise
Deloitte Securitisation Services Germany started business in 1998 – right at the inception of securitisation in Germany – and has since been involved in nearly 200 transactions. The transactions include synthetic and true sale structures with revolving and static pools, various asset classes, short-term and long-term financing.
