Clemens Koch

Clemens Koch joined PwC in 1996 and was appointed as Partner in 2008. Since 2018, Clemens has led the Financial Services (FS) Practice in Germany and has been a member of the Management Board of PwC Germany. In January 2020, he was nominated as the FS Leader of PwC Europe and became the Markets Leader of PwC Germany in October 2021. Clemens has over 20 years’ management experience in the area of Auditing and Consulting of both national and international clients.
Martin Neisen

Martin Neisen leads for the Governance, Risk and Compliance division at PwC Germany. Martin has more than 20 years of project experience at banks, insurance companies and insurance companies.
Martin also heads the SSM Office of the PwC network, which brings together experts from all eurozone countries to coordinate the cooperation with the SSM and the support for the SSM-supervised banks.
For many years he is involved in international project teams regarding the implementation of regulatory requirements and solving problems that simultaneously concern regulation, risk management and accounting. Martin leads PwC's global Basel IV initiative.

Dr. Michael Huertas is a Partner at PWC Legal and the Financial Services Legal Leader for Europe as well as the Head of PwC Legal's EU RegCORE, a specialist team comprised of multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional qualified experts advising clients on regulatory, supervisory and monetary policy related issues affecting traditional financial services providers, fintechs and crypto-asset service providers. Michael's transactional practice focuses on structured finance, securitisation and derivatives transactions.

Holger von Keutz

Holger von Keutz, a German Wirtschaftsprüfer and Luxembourg Réviseur d'entreprises agréé, is a Partner in the assurance department of PwC Luxembourg, furthermore leading the Securitisation business. Besides being responsible for the audit of Luxembourg securitisation vehicles, Holger von Keutz provides financial and regulatory advice as well as advice on the set-up of structured products. Furthermore, he is involved in audit and audit-related services to credit institutions, asset managers, and investment firms, and has extensive experience in the audit of annual accounts and consolidated accounts under LuxGAAP, HGB, and IFRS.
Holger von Keutz is a lecturer in audit and financial reporting at the University of Applied Sciences Trier and he has authored several securitisation-related publications in Luxembourg.
