Andreas Lange is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice. He focuses on securitization, regulatory banking law, derivatives and debt financing. Andreas has done securitizations (with a focus on consumer securitization) since 2004. Since 2007 he has been involved in a number of regulatory projects in connection with bad banks, derivative regulation and funds law. He also gained substantial experience on CRR questions and restructuring.

Dr. Patrick Scholl is a Partner and Leader of our German offices capital markets, financial services regulatory, and regulatory offerings. He advises on debt capital markets, structured products and derivatives, structured finance and financial regulatory matters. His team focuses on bonds, repackagings, synthetic risk transfers, bank hybrid and MREL capital, liability management transactions, derivatives regulation, central clearing and related prudential, ESG, digital, benchmark, payment services and outsourcing matters. Patrick is appointed by banking and market associations to assist in the development of new standards for the derivatives and capital markets.

Kirsten Schürmann is a counsel in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice. She advises national and international financial institutions, sponsors and corporates across a broad spectrum of credit financing, securitization transactions and supply chain finance.

Jake Lindsay has extensive experience across a broad range of securitizations and structured finance transactions. He advises financial institutions, private credit, corporate borrowers and fintechs with a focus on cross-border structures and complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Jake also has considerable experience in a wide array of asset classes, with a particular focus on corporate securitization work, fintech-related financings and financings of other esoteric asset classes such as sport and media rights. His experience in these asset classes spans a wide range of jurisdictions, including in North America, Europe and Asia.

Mariana Padinha Ribeiro's principal practice areas include securitization (including RMBS, trade receivables and auto loan transactions), general structured finance and debt capital markets.
