Jan-Peter Hülbert ist seit Juli 2018 Geschäftsführer der True Sale International GmbH. Er bringt über 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bank- und Kapitalmarktgeschäft mit, davon 16 Jahre in der Verbriefung auf Bankenseite. Herr Hülbert hat Kundentransaktionen verantwortet für Banken, Unternehmen und Leasinggesellschaften in den Segmenten öffentliche ABS, private Verbriefungen und ABCP. Er hält einen Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann der LMU München und ist Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat der STS Verification International GmbH, im Aufsichtsrat der European DataWarehouse GmbH und im Geld- und Kreditausschuss des DIHK. Im Rahmen der Interessenvertretung der TSI hat er die Überarbeitung der europäischen Verbriefungsregulierung im Dialog mit Kommission, Rat und Parlament eng begleitet.

Michael Osswald ist seit Februar 2019 Geschäftsführer der STS Verification International GmbH (“SVI”), die als Drittpartei-Verifizierer die Verifizierung von ABCP, Term ABS und synthetischen Verbriefungen bezüglich der Einhaltung der „Simple, Transparent, Standardised“ (STS) Kriterien gemäß der EU Verbriefungsverordnung durchführt. Er ist verantwortlich für die europaweiten Verifizierungs- und sonstigen Aktivitäten der SVI. Herr Osswald verfügt über umfangreiche Verbriefungserfahrungen sowohl als ABS-Investor als auch in der Akquisition und Strukturierung von Term ABS, ABCP und synthetischen Verbriefungen, die er ab 1998 bei der Landesbank Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart und London und anschließend bei der ABN AMRO Bank in Frankfurt als Teil des europäischen ABS-Teams sammeln konnte. 2009 wechselte Herr Osswald in den Bereich Transportfinanzierung zur KfW IPEX-Bank und war zuletzt als Senior Credit Officer bei der Ersten Abwicklungsanstalt in Düsseldorf unter anderem für die Teilportfolien Asset Securitisation, Infrastructure, Aviation und Shipping zuständig. Herr Osswald hält einen Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.

Sergej Seiz is Vice President of Asset Securitisation at ING Germany, specializing in auto, consumer, and leasing ABS. He is also actively involved in a working group focused on digital infrastructure securitisation, including Data Center ABS. Sergej joined ING Germany in July 2021 as a Securitisation Manager within the Group Treasury department, where he was responsible for developing ING’s retained ABS/RMBS programme. In 2024, he transitioned to the Asset Securitisation team. Prior to ING, Sergej worked at Moody’s until June 2021, primarily covering new ratings for EMEA ABS/RMBS transactions, later expanding his scope to include CLO and ABCP deals. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Maastricht University and is a CFA charterholder.

William joined STS Verification International GmbH as Associate Director in November 2025.
Prior to this, he spent four years at Morningstar DBRS, where he advanced to Assistant Vice President in the European Structured Finance team. At Morningstar DBRS, William was the lead surveillance analyst for a portfolio of European structured finance transactions. His responsibilities included credit analysis, transaction amendments and performance monitoring. He also contributed to rating assignments, servicers operational reviews, and the development of analytical tools and publications.
Earlier in his career, William worked at Centotrenta Servicing S.p.A. in Milan, where he coordinated the issuance of new securitisations and managed live transactions across various asset classes. His role involved close collaboration with arrangers, originators, and other transaction parties to ensure smooth execution and ongoing performance monitoring. He also supported transaction structuring and contributed to the operational setup of new deals.
William is fluent in Italian and English. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Università degli Studi di Milano and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
