Cancellation (please in writing) is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event, after that half of the ticket price will be charged. In the event of non-participation or cancellation on the day of the event, the entire ticket price is due. If you are unable to attend, TSI will, of course, accept a substitute participant at no additional cost.
