Matthias Wargers has been a member of the Management Board of Ascory Bank since March 2025 and currently serves as Chairman of the Management Board. In this role, he is responsible for the Market division and thus for the bank's core business areas of Fintech, Energy Transition and Leveraged Finance. In addition, he has responsibility for the bank’s Treasury and Internal Audit departments.

Lukas Diehl
Head of Corporate Clients
Ascory Bank AG
As Head of Corporate Clients, Lukas Diehl oversees the corporate client division, focusing on the fintech, energy transition, and leveraged finance segments. Since 2017, he has played a key role in building up the bank’s fintech division and guiding its strategic development. Previously, he worked in the Treasury division, where he was responsible for establishing and diversifying the bank’s refinancing base. Thanks to his many years of experience in corporate finance, he possesses extensive expertise in structuring customized financing solutions.
