Matthias Wargers has been a member of the Management Board of Ascory Bank and also its spokesman since March 2025. He is responsible for the Market division and thus for the core business areas of Corporate Clients/ Fintech, Energy Transition and Leveraged Finance. In addition, his responsibilities include the monitoring and management of the bank's internal treasury department. Today, Mr. Wargers serves as spokesperson for the Executive Board of Ascory Bank. In this role, he is responsible for the Market division, including the bank’s core business activities and the internal Treasury function. He also has responsibility for the Internal Audit department.

Lukas Diehl

Ascory Bank AG
As Head of Corporate Clients, Lukas Diehl oversees the corporate client division, focusing on the fintech, energy transition, and leveraged finance segments. Since 2017, he has played a key role in building up the bank’s fintech division and guiding its strategic development. Previously, he worked in the Treasury division, where he was responsible for establishing and diversifying the bank’s refinancing base. Thanks to his many years of experience in corporate finance, he possesses extensive expertise in structuring customized financing solutions.
