Andreas Glaser, Executive Vice President of Santander Consumer Bank AG leads the financial management resort including the divisions Capital Markets and Treasury. He is responsible for the liquidity and interest rate risk management of the bank and also ensures the compliance with supervisory regulations. At the same time he manages the long-term refinancing of the bank. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as the Head of Treasury & Capital Markets for financial institutions at APOLLO Global Management LLP.

Tomasz Osipowicz is heading the capital markets group at Santander Consumer Bank AG (“SCB”), based in Monchengladbach. He has joined the bank on 1st May 2019 and is responsible for all SCB capital markets activities. Prior to joining the bank Tomasz was in charge of Public Securitisations in Europe for Opel Vauxhall Finance formerly known as General Motors Financial (“GM Financial”). During his eight years at GM Financial he has gained experience in public and private transactions across the different jurisdictions. Before joining GM Financial Tomasz held various positions at JP Morgan Chase and BNY Mellon Corporate Trust focused on collateral debt obligations. He holds Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk and a Postgra-duate Diploma in Financial Services, Securitisation from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Bastian Menges
Head of Structured Finance and Securitisation Solutions

Bastian Menges is in charge of external and internal systems and all data, reporting within Santander Germany’s Structured Finance and Securitisation world as well as for some of its subsidies and joint ventures. Since joining Capital Markets in addition to being responsible for reporting, he became expert in portfolio analysis, regulatory disclosure solutions, investor and rating agencies data requirements. He is responsible as well for project management in respect of any new software implementation within the scope of structured finance.
Previously he held a position as project manager and developer for Santander Germany’s IT company where the department was developing and maintaining the core system for different bank areas.

Robert Westermann
Head of Securitisation
Santander Consumer Bank AG
Robert Westermann has been responsible for structuring in the ABS department of Santander Consumer Bank AG (SCB) in Mönchengladbach since 2019. Here, the focus is on equity management transactions and the implementation of captive and joint venture funding transactions. Previously, Robert spent four years at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, structuring client transactions in the area of auto and consumer ABS as an arranger. Robert graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich with a Master‘s degree in „Management, Technology and Economics“.
