Securitisation

Securitisation is part of Crédit Agricole CIB's Global Markets Division. The team comprises specialists in ABS, RMBS, covered bonds, trade receivables and esoteric assets and can offer a wide range of solutions for individual client needs. The team covers Europe, North America, Brazil and some Emerging Market countries. In Europe Crédit Agricole CIB has held leading positions in securitising real economy assets, both retail (auto loans and -leases, consumer loans, residential mortgage loans) and corporate receivables (SME loans, leases, trade receivables), over the last decade. Crédit Agricole CIB is also a leading sponsor of Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) pure multi-seller programmes and operates two major Conduits: Atlantic, US Conduit (issuing USD CP in the US) and LMA, European Conduit (issuing CP in EUR, USD and Sterling sold in Europe and in the US). With a current outstanding issuance volume of more than EUR 8.8 billion equivalent LMA is one of the leading ABCP Conduits in Europe.
